One of the few Taiwanese tea specialities from the Tai Tung region on the eastern coast of the island. The carefully picked leaf is rolled repeatedly to form the typical pearls which "lock in" the flavour. This tea belongs with the longer fermented and afterwards roasted Oolongs. It captivates with its amber infusion and well-balanced sweetness with delicate notes of honey, vanilla and dried fruit.
