Chai Pu Erh
This Pu Erh Chai has a slightly earthy tea base and is complemented by a colourful selection of spices such as ginger, peppercorns and cloves as well as a nicely balanced flavor composition. Try it with a dash of milk!
Pu Erh, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, flavouring, ginger pieces, cardamon pod
Steep: 2-5mins Water Temp: 80-90C Quantity: 1 tsp per cup
Like green tea it should be prepared with not quite boiling water (90 degrees) and can be steeped several times.
