"This Bar is a collaboration with our friend and artist Emma Fitzgerald to celebrate the launch of her new book, Hand Drawn Victoria, a collection of sketches and stories of the city's neighbourhoods, buildings, and people.

This vegan white chocolate is made from scratch in the Kasama Chocolate workshop on Granville Island using BC blackberries, coconut milk, and Peruvian cacao butter which we infused with French lavender flowers."
