DESCRIPTION:

This is a unique Japanese green tea. It is roasted at a high temperature in a porcelain pot over charcoal rather than steamed. The infusion has a reddish-brown appearance and a toasty caramel like flavour. The roasting technique also lowers the caffeine in the tea.
