Butterfly Pea Flower is often brewed as a tea with a dash of citrus and sweetener. The flower has a distinct blue colour and a light earthy woody taste.
As a powder, it makes an easy to use natural food colouring for mixed drinks, frothed milk, & smoothies.
Tip: Add citrus for a colour changing effect to purple.
Brewing: 80C, 1/2 tsp. per cup, whisk briskly like matcha or shake in a mixed drink, and enjoy!
