The Hojicha claims to be fine ground but I've already found impurities like little bits of stem which is unfortunate. Unlike the matcha from Blue teapot which is good bang for buck (okay product for okay price), this price is equivalent to a lot of ultra fine ground brands' 50g for not as good quality. I won't be getting another but using a sieve will fix the key issue for now! If you don't mind the extra step, you could still be happy with this product, which is sweet and low bitter in oat milk. Went in person this time and as usual the staff was kind and quickly found the price of something I was looking for.
