Allspice - Ground

Allspice is the dried, fragrant berry of Pimenta dioica. It combines the smell and taste of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper.

Allspice ads wonderful flavour to meats, stews, barbecue sauces. It can also be used as an ingredient in cakes.
