Pieces of the dried inner bark of the cassia tree native to South East Asia. 

For Tea: add to loose tea leaves before brewing for a wonderful cinnamon taste.

For coffee lovers: add 2-3 tsps. to your ground coffee before brewing.

For Mulling Spices: Mix with orange peel, whole allspice, and whole cloves. Add some red wine or apple juice for a perfectly festive warming drink.
