Matcha scoop, known as chashaku in Japan, is a traditional spoon made from bamboo, which has been used for centuries to measure matcha tea. Use 1-2 scoop of matcha to prepare one serving. The amount is depending on how strong you want your matcha to be.
How to take care of the matcha scoop:
After using simply wipe clean with a dry cloth, or rinse with cold water, wipe and allow to air dry before storing. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
